Before Your Visit
I recommend your dog has a good walk before being groomed. The less energy your dog has the more relaxed and calm it will be.
Please ensure your dogs collar is secured properly and always have your dog on their lead for safety reasons. Unfortunately, it is not appropriate to allow your
dog to roam free.
Any concerns, health or behaviour issues that your dog may have can be discussed on arrival and recorded for future visits.
